CS Divyesh Patel is an Assistant Professor at C.K. Shah Vijapurwal Institute of Management – Vadodara, affiliated to Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad; Gujarat besides being Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He is currently ‘pursuing PhD in Finance.
