About the author
CS Rupanjana De is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Triple Masters Degree holder, being Master in Law from Hamburg University, Germany, Master in Applied Economics from Université Paul Cézanne, Aix-Marseille III, France and European Master in Law & Economics from Erasmus University, Rotterdam, the Netherlands. She had an illustrious academic career backed by two gold medals. Ms. De is an avid writer and has always endeavoured to master the art of writing and presenting subjects in a lucid manner aimed at helping readers to easily grasp complicated topics. She has earlier co-authored the highly acclaimed book on Company Law ‘Company Law Ready Referencer’ published by Bloomsbury Publishers. Ms. De is a Practising Company Secretary and holds the position of Independent Director in eight companies. She is also a Member of Board of Studies at the School of Management Studies (SOMS) at Indian Institute of Engineering, Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur, West Bengal.
