    CA Madhukar N Hiregange, [B.Com., FCA, DISA, Passed CISA], Chartered Accountant is a senior partner at Hiregange & Associates. He has jointly authored 22 books on Central Excise, Service Tax, Karnataka VAT and Excise/Service Tax audit. IDT - IPCC Study Material, Central Sales Tax. GST - A Primer-2 Editions, GST Classification & Exemption 2017, Compendium of Issues and Solutions in GST – March 2018/ May 2019 and GST Tariff – October 2018, GST Audits – 3 editions and GST on Real Estate- November 2019. Working on GST Procedures and Legal Precedents slated for 2020, latter half. 
    He has been active in spreading awareness about Indirect taxes through seminars, articles, linked in, facebook, youtube, & hiregangeacademy.com. 
    He had been a Central Council Member of the ICAI for the term 2010-13 & 2106-19 with a vision to enhance the credibility of the profession, strengthen the professional in practice and employment. He has been the Chairman of the Indirect Tax Committee for the year 2012 and term 2016-19 with the privilege of leading a wonderful and a contributing team for 4 years.

    She is a Partner in Hiregange & Associates, a firm having offices in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Vishakhapatnam, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Gurugram& Guwahati. Currently in charge of the consultancy &retainership divisions therein. She has co-authored several books like Practical Guide to GST on real estate, Central Excise Made Simple, Handbook on Central Sales tax, Students Handbook onIndirect taxes, ICAI Background Material [BGM] of Certificate Course on Indirect Taxes of ICAI and also the author of the 2/3 days ST enabler course conducted by ICAI.
    She is an active speaker in over 150 seminars including State Chartered Accountants Assn, ICAI branches chapters, currently working on GST procedures book expected to be out by March of 2020.

    He is currently a partner of the Tax & Regulatory Division of S. Khaitan& Associates. He is a member of the GST & Indirect Taxes Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for both 2019-20 and 2018-19. Further, he is also a Member of the West Bengal State Council, Economic Affairs and Taxation Committee and committees of Confederation of Indian Industry for 2019-20, the National Council on Indirect Taxes for Assocham for the years 2018, 2019 and 2020. He has regularly represented these associations and chambers before various Government authorities including the GST Council, Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, State Government authorities etc. 
    Shubham has regularly been conducting training sessions and seminars for well-known corporates, trade associations, universities, professional bodies, study circles etc. throughout the country. Further, he regularly writes articles on various professional and industrial forums on GST and other Indirect Tax Laws.
