This Digest is the result of collection of case laws during the author’s service as a Judge of Subordinate Judiciary for more than 33 years. Many case laws were handwritten in the registers maintained by the author when there were no computers. The emphasis is laid on pragmatic approach as the work is intended predominantly to be a practical guide.
