The communication of the ideas through the graphical language is the oldest form of communication among humans; all it requires is some kind of equipment to form an image. Computer aided engineering drawing (CAE D) is one such area where both can move at same pace without any time lag for the modern production system. Technological Universities have reckoned the importance of this subject and have made this as an important core subject for those entering into the field of Engineering. This book is for I/II semester BE or B.Tech where engineering drawing concept remains same with computer aided engineering drawing, the only change is tools, i.e. instead of drawing instruments here it is used the computer and CAD software. Every chapter starts with introduction, illustrative example wherein complete manual procedure and computer aided procedure to solve the problem step by step with graphical instructions are given so that the students can easily acquire the knowledge of CAED. It also contains a good number of worked examples and finally problems for practice are given.
