Suvir is a founding partner of Synergy Partners, a full service law firm based out of New Delhi. Starting his career at the erstwhile Rajani Singhania & Partners in 2014 from where he moved to Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in 2015 wherein he acted for various Indian and overseas companies on a range of private equity and initial public offer transactions, with particular focus on FMCG, e-commerce, healthcare and automobile sectors. In the process, he has inter alia conducted extensive due diligence exercises for various clients.
