Mr. Eshwar Sabapathy, B.Com., LL.B., FCS, is a managing partner at Eshwars | House
of Corporate & IPR
Laws, Advocates, based out of Chennai and also having a presence in Bangalore,
Mumbai, and New Delhi.
He has about two decades of experience in advising business houses, companies –
both listed and unlisted,
compliance officers on various aspects relating to business laws, corporate laws and
