This logbook and clinical manual aims to provide a ready format to record the activities, competencies, field visits, family studies, spots, instruments and skills in Community Medicine. He is a member of the Medical Education Unit of his college and is actively involved in the implementation of the new Competency Based Medical Education Programme for MBBS undergraduates.He is pursuing the prestigious FAIMER Fellowship and has authored the Logbook for Foundation Course for MBBS Students; Competency Based Logbook in Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry and ECE for First Professional MBBS and numerous articles from the field of medical education.Poonam Agrawal MBBS, MD is Professor and Head, Department of Biochemistry, Dr Baba Saheb Ambedkar Medical College and Hospital, Rohini, New Delhi. She has completed the Advance Course in Medical Education conducted by the MCI and has authored several books and research papers. She is a member of the Medical Education Unit of her college and is actively involved in the implementation of the new Competency Based Medical Education Programme for MBBS undergraduates.She has written many other books like Practical Biochemistry with Clinical Correlation for MBBS Students; Concepts in Biochemistry; Review in Biochemistry for NEXT based on latest PGMEE pattern; Competency Based Logbook in Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry and ECE for First Professional MBBS and Logbook for Foundation Course for MBBS Students all brought by CBSP&D.Seema Jain MBBS, MD is Professor, Department of Community Medicine, LLRM Medical College, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. She has a teaching experience of 21 years and takes keen interest in upgrading teaching skills in medical education. She has been working as the MEU Coordinator of her college for the past 7 years, has published more than 40 articles and has worked as Chief Editor to the Community Medicine Newsletter of the State Chapter. She is actively involved in designing and implementing the foundation course and competency based medical education program in her college.
