This book has been prepared with the aim of guiding the students appearing for various entrance examinations e.g. P.G. Medical Exams for all India CET AIIMS PGIMER Chandigarh JIPMER Pondicherry IMS BHU DNB and other Institutions. Further it will be useful for the international tests e.g. USMLE and other tests for various countries. This book deals with a comprehensive MCa bank in which each chapter is dealt with separately and in detail. The later part deals with specialities e.g. Pain ICU Obstetrics Medicine Eye Ambient Circumstances and Medical diseases. The recent advances are separately dealt with so as to prepare and stimulate the student for the current trends. This book is basically meant for stimulating the student for MCa mentality. Since this is an MCa bank in itself with approximately 3000 MCas it acts as a data base for preparing MCa papers for various departmental examinations. The views and opinions of various postgraduates have been incorporated in this book which gives an extra dimension to it. Last but not the least this book will start a process of improved MCA methodology which is needed in view of improving the MCA in most of the examinations.
