Madhab Chandra Dash was Chairman, Odisha Pollution Control Board, Bhubaneswar and member Central Pollution Control Board, New Delhi. Professor of Ecology and Vice Chancellor, Sambalpur University. He has 50 years of teaching and research experience and has supervised 38 Ph.D. and D.Sc. theses and authored more than 200 research papers on ecology, environmental sciences, environmental management and law.
