About the Author:
G. Natarajan, is an advocate by profession. He is also an Associate Member of the ICMA (ICWA). Prior to joining the legal profession, he has served as an Inspector of Central Excise in the Customs and Central Excise department from 1993 to 2003. His area of specialization is indirect taxation.
He has represented clients in all benches of the CESTAT and various High Courts and Supreme Court. He is a Senior Partner in the legal firm M/s. Swamy Associates, which specialises in the areas of GST, Central Excise, Customs, Service Tax and allied laws.
Mr Natarajan is a well known writer in the field of indirect taxation and has to his credit over 500 incisive articles published in the leading magazines, journals and tax portals. He is an eminent speaker at various conferences, seminars and workshops across the country.
