About the Author
S.S. Bhavikatti has also served SDM College of Engineering and Technology, Dharwad; Rao Bahadur Y. Mahabaleswarappa Engineering College, Bellary (formerly Vijayanagar Engg. College) and B.V.B. College of Engg. & Technology, Hubli. He has published more than 60 technical papers in national and international journals and seminars and 22 books in civil engineering. He guided 66 candidates for M.Tech thesis and 5 candidates for Ph.D.
