He was previously an adjunct professor at the University of South Florida-Polytechnic, teaching graduate courses such as Electric Machines and Drives, and Energy Production Systems Engineering. Mr. Blair is a graduate of the U.S. Navy Nuclear Power School.  Mr. Blair is a registered professional engineer in the state of Florida, USA.
