About the Author:
Prof. C Rama Gopal is a senior member of three professional institutes-Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Fellow of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Associate Member of Indian Institute of Bankers. He has over 40 years of rich and varied experience in Banking, Industry, Trade and Teaching. Currently, he is enjoying his life, sharing his knowledge and corporate experiences with students of MBA programme.
