He was honoured with important positions such as President, Indian Buildings Congress; President, Indian Roads Congress; and Chairman, Quality and Safety Forum of The Institution of Engineers (I). He was honoured with certificate of outstanding achievements by Government of Delhi and gold medal for outstanding services by Government of Arunachal Pradesh.He has published several papers in professional journals and authored books on various aspects of construction.Deepak Narayan is ME in civil engineering (gold medalist) from Jodhpur University and an MPhil from Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi. He is a former Engineer-in-Chief, PWD Delhi; former President, Indian Buildings Congress (IBC); and former Vice-President, Indian Roads Congress. As convenor of technical committees in IBC, he has authored books on waterproofing of structures,quality control in buildings and safety in construction.Deepak Gupta is a civil engineer with PGDM in advanced construction management from NICMAR and an MBA in quality management from BITS Pilani. He is an accredited management teacher and a certified qualitist from QUIMPRO Foundation,Mumbai.He has more than 20 years of experience in the field of quality management services with various companies which also include Larsen and Toubro Ltd, Intercontinental Consultants & Technocrats Pvt Ltd and Consulting Engineering Services (I) Pvt Ltd
