About the author
Mr. T. V. Narayanaswamy is an eminent personality in the field of Corporate Laws. He is a senior member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and formerly a member of the core group of the Secretarial Standards Board of ICSI. He has been a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of Chartered Secretary for a number of years. He has also been an active member of the Company Law Committee of FICCI and Punjab Chamber before retirement as Company Secretary of undivided DCM Limited in 1988 and has been instrumental as a member of the sub-committee of the Company Law Committee of FICCI for initiation by Government of India of some important amendments to the Companies Act, 1956.
