About Author
Varun Gupta is the Founder Director of VGA (Varun Gupta Academy), in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, since 1988. He has trained thousands of students for various competitive examinations. An MP Board (higher secondary examination) topper in 1985, he became India’s youngest company secretary in the year 1992, when he completed his CS course from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India at the age of 21 years.
