Micro-computers in materials management is a unique volume which documents several interesting real life applications on the use of Computers in Materials Management. This volume is an outcome of a Workshop organised by Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad during March 6-7,1988 on the same topic.
The workshop which was aimed at functional managers of materials in charge of stores, materials planning, procurement, inventory control and vendor development attracted a large number of practising managers (about 35) from Indian industry and several (about 10) academicians from the institute.
