Thomson Reuters Multiple-Choice Questions On Major Acts For All Competitive Exams For Legal Professionals by Bharat P Maheshwari

✳ MCQs on CrPC, IPC, CPC and Evidence Act
✳ MCQs on the most important provisions from a practical perspective
✳ Compiled by a professional having experience of preparing papers Success in any competitive examination depends upon many factors including preparation strategy, guidance, hard work, persistence and, most of all, the ability to foresee what may be expected from the examiner. While each subject has many topics and aspects, it is always important to distinguish between the relevant and the irrelevant from the examiner’s perspective. This applies to both objective/multiple-choice examinations as well as subjective examinations.
Bharat P. Maheshwari has compiled multiple-choice questions on selected, relevant and important topics of major laws. Competitive examination papers are designed not only by professors and academicians but also by practitioners/serving professionals. The questions included in Multiple-Choice Questions on Major Acts have been framed keeping both approaches in view. This compilation of questions on major laws which are common in most competitive examinations relating to the legal profession will serve as a guide to all aspirants. BHARAT P. MAHESHWARI, retired District and Sessions Judge of Madhya Pradesh Judicial Services, joined the judicial services in 1981 as Civil Judge. During his tenure as a judge for more than 34 years, he has worked in various capacities including Principal District Judge; Principal Registrar, High Court of Madhya Pradesh (Indore Bench); and Additional Welfare Commissioner, Bhopal Gas Victims Compensation Commission. Recognized as one of the most committed and academically sound judges of the Madhya Pradesh Judicial Services, Maheshwari has set examination papers for judicial services.
