A separate chapter ‘MMD & Higher Order Thinking Skills Problems’ has been added to help candidates for Second and Chief Mate’s courses. A few MMD questions of previous years have been incorporated with appropriate changes needed for use of Nautical almanac 2016. Suitable illustrations have been included at appropriate places for better understanding.
