About the Author:
Prof. D S Chauhan was founder Vice-Chancellor of UP Technical University for two tenures. He has been member, National Expert Committee MHRD, DST-NABL and member AICTE-NBA. He was also founder Vice-Chancellor of Lovely Professional University for one year. He has served as Vice-Chancellor, Jaypee University of Information Technology. He was a professor of Electrical Engineering, IIT-BHU, Varanasi for over three decades. He was recently Vice-Chancellor of Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun. He did his B.Sc. Engg. from BHU, M.E. from Madras University, and Ph.D. from IIT, Delhi, and has been Post-Doctoral Fellow in USA. He has 75 research papers published in national and international journals and presented papers in conferences. He has authored a book and guided 12 Ph.D. students, and is advisor to D.Sc. dissertation.
Dr. S K Srivastava is Ex–Director of Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow. He had served as Secretary, Uttar Pradesh State Engineering Admission Test Cell. He has also worked as Convener of Board of Studies and RDC Physics in U P Technical University, Lucknow. He has been involved in teaching BTech. students and supervising research projects for the last twenty five years. He has also published more than eighty research papers and articles in reputed journals. He has also contributed as a researcher in the field of Solar Energy, Photo Voltaics and Molecular Biology.
