About the Author
Rabinarayan Samantara is an Associate Professor at Shivaji College, University of Delhi. He has been teaching different subjects related to General Management, Organisational Behaviour and Taxation. Dr. Samantara has to his credit several research papers published in journals of national and international repute. His primary areas of research include organisational behaviour and different tax laws in India.
