In recent past the ideas of multiple sustainability issues through an agroecological perspective is gaining popularity. Considering the macroeconomic context of the world there is a need for pluralistic approaches for sustainable agriculture in the context of carbon farming, climate-resilient agriculture, ecological intensification and sustainable intensification. This book has 26 chapters and divided into six parts. The Part-I discussed on sustainable wheat production, weed management strategies, sustainable resource management and other issues. Soil health management towards sustainable agriculture, site-specific nutrient management is dealt in Part II. Eco-friendly botanical derivatives on IPM, integrated management of field pests, cultural practices in sustainable plant disease management and IDM approach for green house cultivation of vegetables are elaborated in Part III. The Part IV deals with pluralistic approaches in sustainable vegetable farming and plant growth promoting Rhizobacteria. The Part V elaborates on productive and reproductive performance in dairy animals, use of hormones in improving the productive in animals, cryopreservation technique and sustainable carp seed production technologies. The book also details on pluralistic extension approach, digital India, projective techniques in social science and participatory extension approaches in agriculture in Part VI.
