About Author
Garima Yadav is presently working as Associate Professor in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Jodhpur. She has done her postgraduation from University College of Medical Sciences, Delhi, in the year 2012 followed by senior residency in the same institute, which deals with a tremendous load of female a cancers from all over North and East India. She has done ICOG Fellowship in Minimal Invasive Gynaecology and Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery (FMAS). She has done her clinical observership in gynecologic oncology from Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, and has received gynecologic oncology certifications from various international societies. She was awarded with the prestigious “Shingo Fujii Travel Fellowship Award” by the International Gynecologic Cancer Society in 2018. She is also the recipient of several research Forewords awards including Best competition paper by AOGD, Dr. Kuldeep Jain Award, and Dr. Satya Paul Award. She has more than 60 publications to her credit in national and international journals along with several book chapters. She is extremely passionate about undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and routinely organizes CMEs on female genital malignancies. She is the member of several oncologic societies and is the executive member of Rajasthan State Chapter of Association of Gynecologic Oncologists of India (AGOI) and was the Organizing Secretary of the first Rajasthan State Conference of AGOI, RAJ-AGOICON, 2020.
