This is a companion volume to existing Wiley references, Power System Harmonic Analysis (1997) and Power System Harmonics (1985) and addresses the topical area of power quality assessment. Power quality and its delivery is especially important in light of current de-regulation of the ESI taking place throughout the world and compliance standards and this timely reference fills an important niche in the market. There is currently no direct competitor to this work and Arrillaga is a distinguished authority in the field. Voltage dips, swells, interruptions and impulsive and oscillatory transients are of growing concern for industry and commerce because of their effects on electronically controlled equipment, particularly drives and computers.
