Practical Micobiology for MBBS has been Written as per the Revised Competency Based NMC (MCI) Practical Curriculum. The book consists of three units namely Methodology, Practical Exercises and Applied Microbiology. Unit I 'Methodology' deals with all the methods and their working steps which will be useful for performing practical exercises in Unit II. A unit on ` has been added to emphasise its role in Clionical Micobiology. A chapter on spots will be useful for Objective Structured Practical Examination (OSPE). Appendices showing different aspects of relevent topics are included for its usefulness in practical examination. Questions along with model answers related to each practical exercise have been provided. This will help the students during practical examination as well as in vivavoce examination.I hope the readers will find this edition of the book more userfriendly.
