This is an excellent book to learn or teach spanish! Everything is explain in a clear and easy to follow way. On top of that the book has a code that gives you access to the on-line portal "ELEteca" where you can find all the audio files for the book's texts and exercises (and a bunch of interactive practices). You even have the option to e-mail the company to gain access to the teachers e-book and resources for free. The only thing you need to do is follow the instructions that are printed inside the book. I'm currently teaching spanish to my husband using this text book and the exercise book (Libro De Ejercicios). What I like the most about "Prisma Latinoamericano" is the fact that follows the latin american spanish (I'm from Mexico and my husband from Singapore) all topics in this book are related mainly to Latin America (but Spain is included too), their countries and of course their rich culture. It teaches the grammar, conjugation, vocabulary and expressions we commonly use in Latin America which are slightly different of what is use in Spain. If you are looking for a book to learn or teach spanish and you would like to learn about all spanish speaking countries not just Spain "Prisma Latinoamericano" is the right book for you! Im trill that I found this series of books to teach my husband not just spanish but about all the different cultures we have in Latin America. Very well executed book
