School Management and Multi-Professional Partnerships explores the personnel structure within the context of schools. It is aimed at the School Business Manager (SBM) to provide an overview of the different relationships they will form and manage in their day-to-day work. Where schools do not have an appointed School Business Manager, the role is instead fulfilled by the school's leadership team (e.g. Middle Managers, Bursars, Deputies and Headteachers) and this book will also act as a guide for these personnel.Internationally, school staffing structures are evolving within the context of schools as extended and community centers of learning.
