About the Author
Shamsher Singh is Associate Professor, Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Professional Studies, New Delhi. He also holds Master of Business Administration (Pune University, 1996); Post-Graduate Diploma in Export-Import Management from Indian Merchant Chamber, Mumbai (1998); Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (IGNOU, 2002) and M.A. in Public Administration (Punjab University, 1992). He has authored one book “International Business” (2011) and contributed papers to various national and international conferences. His papers have also been published in various journals of national and international repute.
