About Author:
Sandeep Kaur MSc, PhD (N), (Obstetrics and Gynecological Nursing) is currently working as Associate Professor in Khalsa College of Nursing, Amritsar, Punjab. She has the experience of more than a decade in teaching obstetrics and gynecological nursing to undergraduate and postgraduate students. Besides, she has also published nearly 20 research papers and review articles relating to different topics of obstetrics and gynecology in several national and international journals of repute. The author has participated and presented several research papers in various national and international workshops and conferences. She received best paper presentation award in 2014. Apart from this, she has supervised many BSc (N) and MSc (N) students. She is an active life member of various professional associations. She takes it as a matter of pride to shoulder any responsibility in the interest of nursing profession.
