About Author:
Been a MR, MSc (N), PhD, is currently working as Associate Professor, Government College of Nursing, Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. She has been a PhD guide of Kerala University of Health Sciences, National Consortium for PhD nursing— Indian Nursing Council and University of Kerala. Formerly UG and PG Board of studies member in Kerala University of Health Sciences and University of Kerala and currently UG Board of studies member in Kerala University of Health Sciences. She has published various articles in International and National Journals of repute. She has presented papers in various conferences. She has a vast teaching experience in the field of Nursing Management. She is a lifetime member of Trained Nurses Association of India (TNAI), NRSI, etc.
Hari Krishna GL MSc (N), MHA, MPA, PGDHSR, PGDHHA, CDM, PhD Scholar, is currently working as Assistant Professor and In-service Education Coordinator in Department of Psychiatric Nursing, Sree Gokulam Nursing College, Sree Gokulam Medical College and Research Foundation, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. He did his MSc (N) from College of Nursing, Christian Medical College, Vellore and BSc (N) from Government College of Nursing, Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram. He has been a First rank holder for BSc (N) at University of Kerala and MSc (N) at College of Nursing, CMC, Vellore. He completed Masters in Hospital Administration under University of Kerala in 2018 with First rank, Masters in Public Administration in 2015 under IGNOU, Postgraduate Diploma in Health Science and Research under University of Kerala, Postgraduate Diploma in Health and Hospital Administration under University of Kerala with First rank, Certificate in Disaster Management under IGNO U and pursuing PhD and CQAS under KUHS. He is a prolific writer and has co-authored various books for nursing staff and students and published various articles in International and National Journals of repute.
