About Author
Varinder Kaur MSc (CHN), MA (Pub. Ad.) She is presently working as Principal, HIMCAPES' College of Nursing, Badhera, District, Una, Himachal Pradesh, India. She did MSc in Community Health Nursing from National Institute of Nursing Education (NINE, PGIMER), Chandigarh and MA in Public Administration. She has 11 years of teaching experience in the field of Nursing. In the recent past, she had organized various workshops/seminars, and has attended various national/international conferences and seminars. She has also published many research articles related to current issues in Nursing profession in the National/International journals.
