R C Srivastava, MA, LL.M is a retired professor of law of Deen Dayal Upadhyay University, Gorakhpur having taught students for more than 30 years. He holds a Master's degree in Law and has been an authority on Mercantile Law.

Ashutosh Pathak, LL.B, Net has more than 17 years of experience in legal practice and presently he is a lawyer in the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
