About the Author –
Mr M Sricharan Rangarajan is a Senior Advocate of Madras High Court. With over 17 years of experience in the Bar, he has appeared in full-bench matters and has also been appointed as amicus curiae to assist the court in matters of importance, covering diverse subjects. He has acted as an Arbitrator in both domestic and international arbitrations. He was appointed as an Additional Advocate General for the State of Tamil Nadu where he handled matters in relation to Arbitration extensively, on behalf of the State.
