    About the Author

    Dr. Afkar Ahmad is an Assistant Professor (Selection Grade) in School of Law, University of Petroleum and Energy Study, Dehradun, Uttrakhand. He has an extensive experience of teaching to Under Graduate and Postgraduate Courses of Law. He completed LL.M. with specialization in Criminal Law from Aligarh Muslim University. He was awarded with Ph.D from Chanakya National Law University, Patna for his research on "Trafficking in Women and Children in India: A Socio-Legal study with special reference to the States of Bihar and Jharkhand". He has number of publications and academic presentations in various National and International seminars and conferences to his credit. His areas of interest are Criminal Law, Family Law and Constitutional Law.

    Dr. Partha Pratim Mitra is an Associate Professor of Law at Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, Pitampura, Delhi. He supervised many dissertations for master's students and theses for PhD researchers.
