Focused exclusively on the management of the constructionphase of a building project from the contractor s point ofview, Construction Management covers the complete range oftopics of which mastery is required by the construction managementprofessional for the effective delivery of new constructionprojects. With the continued internationalisation of the constructionindustry, Construction Management will be required readingfor undergraduate and postgraduate students acrossEurope.
