The book provides case analysis of 60 cases in a simplified manner followed by summary of cases in a tabular format for easy and better recall. For ease of understanding, each case analysis precedes with tables of parties involved, provisions dealt with in the case. Keywords have been added for the first time as an aid to memory. The revisionary exercises will help aspirants to remember case laws with reference to the issues and the decisions therein. The book contains Multiple Choice Questions based on the case analysis specially designed for preparing to give the Limited Insolvency Examination.     About the author
    Ashish Makhija is a leading practitioner in insolvency, bankruptcy and corporate law matters. As Managing Attorney of AMC Law Firm, a firm headquartered in New Delhi, he bears top credentials in corporate law, insolvency and bankruptcy law, corporate litigation and advisory. He was the standing counsel for the Official Liquidator attached to High Court of Delhi for 6 years handling many large-scale cases of corporate insolvency and liquidation. 
    Ashish Makhija is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (FCA) and also a fellow member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (FCMA). He holds a Master of Laws degree from India and a Master of Laws degree in International Bankruptcy from USA. He is also an Insolvency Professional.
    He has the distinction of being World Bank trained Corporate Trainer. He is a much sought after faculty and has spoken extensively on subjects of professional interest including Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Corporate laws, Corporate Governance, Forensic Audit etc. He is the Adjunct Faculty for Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, under Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. He has also served as the Adjunct Professor at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, USA in 2013-14. He is resource person for Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India, Insolvency Professional Agencies of ICAI, ICSI and ICMA.
    He has over fourteen books to his credit on the subject of Insolvency Law and Corporate law. Ashish Makhija is an avid contributor of articles in journals and online portals of repute. He has contributed to Indian Law Reports, a law report published by High Court of Delhi from July 2013 to May 2016. He regularly writes blogs on professional topics at www.ashishmakhija.net.
