Dr. Manoj Kumar
Dr. Manoj Kumar is the Founder & Managing Partner of Hammurabi & Solomon Partners, a multi-speciality top-tier law firm in New Delhi with offices across India and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School and the National Law School of India University.
Dr.Kumar is well acknowledged as an ace legal mind and for his outstanding leadership, strategy and ability to find alternate solutions to the most critical and complex challenges spread over nearly 30 years of ground breaking work in the areas of arbitration/ADR, mediation & conciliation, public policy & regulation, corporate governance, projects & construction law, energy, environment & natural resources, real estate & infra projects to name a few, across geographies.
