We have reiterated this by using flow charts. Although basic in its early chapters the CPD is definitely not elementary in the sense of ‘putting’ it to practice. Indeed given the conceptual simplicity of this CPD’s approach it is only hoped that the publication of this book will enhance the spread of ideas that are currently trickling through the scientific literature.
