Luxita Sharma is Associate Professor and Head, Department of Dietetics and Applied Nutrition, Amity University, Haryana. She has more than thirteen years of experience. She is Ph.D in Food and Nutrition. She has authored four books, bagged two national awards and has published sixty-two research papers in national and international journals. Her research areas are Food Science and Clinical Nutrition.
