Gender and Land Rights in Changing Global Contexts brings together gendered analyses of women’s land rights through academic and practice-led engagements across different countries. It draws out key issues that emerge from experience of law and policies at both the global and local levels, and shape women’s land rights within the particular arenas and jurisdictions addressed in the chapters.
