    Description

Our Knowledge Publishing Incomplete Fractures And False Joints In The Forearm Bone 2020 Edition by Iskandar Hodzhanow, Azam Kosimow, Anwar Rahimow

The book is dedicated to the study of slowly consolidating forearm bone fractures and complex surgical treatment of false joints. The authors consider the method by which the drug Cucumazin is injected into the non-injection area one day prior to surgery with subsequent intraoperative injection of red bone marrow into the pathologically altered area. The paper describes a differentiated approach to the choice of surgical tactics for treatment of an unconverted fracture and false joints, taking into account the type of pathology and its localization. Thus, in case of injuries in the middle third of the forearm, the use of G.A. Ilizarov's apparatus is proposed, and in case of injuries in the upper third - osteosynthesis with a plate and screws. In addition, the book provides data on changes in the patient's immune system before and after surgical intervention. The data in the book serve to improve the level of knowledge of masters, clinical residents and young scientists in the specialization of traumatology and orthopedics.
