The book has been fully updated with “securities and Exchange Board of India (listing obligations and Disclosure requirements) regulations, (Amendment), 2020. The book has been structured in two parts. In first part all regulations are discussed and in second part ( appendices) all relevant and latest circulars, Specimen policies for corporate, consultation Paper ( with respect to guarantees provided by listed companies issued by SEBI and all schedules of sebi(lodr) regulations, 2015 are covered. Further second part also consists newly added br>Chapter 11A [SEBI (regulatory sandbox) (Amendment) regulations, 2020] at the end of the book (appendix 6). The covid 19 outbreak warranted the need for temporary relaxations in compliance requirements for listed entities. Accordingly, SEBI decided to grant the relaxations from annual due dates compliance stipulations specified under the SEBI (listing obligations and Disclosure requirements) regulations, 2015 (‘LODR’) to listed entities. These circulars are also incorporated in this book (appendix 5).
