    He is a senior partner with Hiregange & Associates having offices in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Vishakapatnam, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Guwahati, Noida, Gurugram, Kolkatta, Vijaywada & Raipur. He has been associated with CAs across India as a mentor.
    Hiregange has done more than 1500 Value added Indirect Tax Review Audits focusing on building processes to prevent and correct non-compliances.
    He has jointly authored multiple books since 1997 on Central Excise, Service Tax, Karnataka VAT and Excise/Service Tax audit, IDT - IPCC Study Material, Central Sales Tax, GST Primer -2 Editions, GST Classification & Exemption 2017,  Compendium of Issues and Solutions in GST,  GST Audit, Sectoral books on Real Estate, Textiles, Pharma & Healthcare, GST Department Audit Manual and GST Legal precedents. 
    He has encouraged/fostered 100 + leading professionals in Industry and practice to take up ethical practice in IDT.

    She is a Partner in an eminent firm having offices in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Vishakapatnam, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Guwahati, Noida and Gurugram, Kolkatta, Vijaywada & Raipur and currently in charge of the consultancy & compliance support retainership-divisions therein. She has co-authored several books like GST Audit Handbook Government Perspective, A Practical Guide to GST on Real Estate Industry [now in 2nd edition], A Practical Guide to GST on Textile Industry [which is into its 2nd edition], Central Excise Made Simple, Handbook on Central Sales tax, Students Handbook on Indirect taxes, ICAI Background Material [BGM] of Certificate Course on Indirect Taxes of ICAI and also the author of the 2/3 days ST enabler course conducted by ICAI. 
    She has been advising numerous clients from varied sectors in GST with a focus on optimisation of taxes and cost savings, resolving complex issues under GST law.     Shubham Khaitan
    FCA, FCS, LLB, CFA(US), DISA (ICAI), B.COM 
    (Hons) from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata
    Shubham passed the Chartered Accountancy Final examination in the year 2012 at the young age of 21 years with 74% marks in Indirect taxes. He passed the Company Secretary Final Examination in the year 2011 at the young age of 20. He also passed all three levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst examination from the USA with the highest category (>70%) in almost all the subjects. He holds a Diploma in Information System Audit after clearing the exam conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in June 2016. He cleared the 3 years LLB course from West Bengal State University in 2019.
    He is currently a partner of the Tax & Regulatory Division of S. Khaitan & Associates. He was also a member of the GST & Indirect Taxes Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for both 2019-20 and 2018-19. Further, he is also a Member of the West Bengal State Council, Economic Affairs and Taxation Committee and various other committees of the Confederation of Indian Industry
