This dictionary of Parliamentary and Constitutional Law has been written with an eye to focus legal light on the growing controversies in this branch of jurisprudence so that solutions can be arrived at.
The words, expressions, terms, doctrines and theories included in this dictionary are of general nature with special reference to the Constitution of India and parliamentary practices and procedures followed in India. Preambles of some Constitutions of the World having proximity with the Constitution of India and their compositions of Parliament or Central Legislature have been set out in this book so that the aims and objectives of these constitutions may be appreciated.
