The Peace of Mind Core Curriculum for Early Childhood teaches mindfulness, empathy and foundational conflict resolution strategies while guiding the youngest students into the rhythms of school. Each lesson offers extensions and optional storybooks and videos. All handouts are included, along with helpful teacher guidance throughout. Lessons begin with Mindfulness practice, which serves as a powerful foundation for engaging and varied social and emotional learning lessons that follow.
