It is known that pregnancy due to a number of hemodynamic, metabolic and emotional changes is characterized by a stress factor even for almost healthy women. Cardiovascular disease in pregnant women is one of the most clinically significant forms of extragenital pathology, with an incidence of 10-32%. Despite the measures being taken, an increase in mortality from CVD among pregnant and parturient women has been noted, ranging from 0.2-2.5% to 22%, according to different authors.
