The National Talent Search Examination is conducted to identify students with high intellectual and academic talent. The students who pass through all levels of the exam process will be eligible for academic scholarships. This exam is open to students of Indian nationality who are studying in Class 10 at any recognized educational institution across the country. Practice Test Papers For NTSE Class X provides practice resources for students appearing for this exam. The exam process is conducted in two stages, at the state and then at the national level. In both stages, the students have to sit for two written exams. One is the Mental Ability Test (MAT). This exam consists of 90 MCQs. The SAT section contains a set of 20 Practice Papers. The MAT section also contains 20 Practice sets. The final part of the book provides answers and solutions for all the practice papers. Practice Test Papers For NTSE Class X explains reasoning concepts, and provides many model papers for practice. These papers give students an idea of the kind of questions they will have to answer in the exams. It also provides answers which shows students some methodologies and techniques for arriving at the correct solutions.
