About the Author Brij Mohan Bansal, after doing his B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute Technology of Delhi (IITD), he joined a large paper mill as a management trainee. After about a year, he shifted to one of the major refining and marketing companies of India as an engineer trainee. The rest, as they say, is history and a swift climb to the top for he retired as Chairman after a long innings of more than thirty six years. He spent almost twenty years in refineries working in various positions. He has spent the remaining years in the prestigious Business Development Group for the diversification of company’s operations into petrochemicals, LNG and gas.
