He’s written several self-study books and checklists for construction supervisors that are used by national building trades unions and contractors of every size, including companies in the ENR 400. He’s lived in Normal, IL; Pittsburgh; New York City; Palo Alto; and Hollywood Hills.Elwood N. Chapman - After 29 years of successful college teaching, the late Elwood Chapman retired in 1977 as a professor at Chaffey College and a visiting lectures at Claremont Graduate School.
